Company Tour
Generate excitement and create interest in your organization by providing students with the opportunity to visit your company. Invite students for a site-tour and question-and-answer session with your management team.
Career Shadowing
Matching students with employees allows them to spend a few hours or an entire day together. This is an ideal way for potential talent to gain a better understanding of your industry and, more specifically, your company’s role in it. Students are comfortable in this non-threatening situation and it gives you the chance to connect and informally interview some of the most ambitious candidates.
Career Trek
Students relish the opportunity to visit your company’s locations around the country. Through Career Treks, students can meet with recruiters, build their network and gain valuable insight into specific companies and industries.
