On-Campus RecruitingCorporate Briefings Students want an edge when seeking a career with a specific organization. You can give it to them via a corporate briefing that offers an introduction to your company, the corporate culture and the nature of the jobs for which you typically recruit. Many companies bring Daniels alumni, recent hires and employees to these briefings. We recommend briefings occur three to four weeks prior to interview or application deadlines.
Pre-Interview Information Sessions Informal meetings prepare candidates for your specific interviewing sessions and give you the opportunity to focus interview time on the candidates, as well as the job.
Interviews Gain on-campus visibility while interviewing candidates. Based on your needs, the Suitts Center team will handle all scheduling and interview accommodations.
Career Events Career Fairs are an ideal way to quickly meet students. Our annual Career Fair in February is a great way to recruit students for summer field experiences or permanent positions.
Student Receptions Organizations that want to target specific students can invite them to receptions to get to know them in a more intimate, informal setting. Select students through our resume books or student clubs. We will work with you to publicize your event and schedule activities to maximize attendance.
Recruiter Announcements Promote open positions, campus visits, or events to maximize student interest and drive attendance through targeted email and/or printed materials posted and distributed at Daniels. Amplify your message with announcements in our monthly online “Daniels Business Journal” circulated to our student body, faculty and staff.
