CERTIFICATE in LEAN: Daniels has partnered with Leading Edge, an international provider of LEAN training, to create a specialized LEAN program that focuses on the needs of the healthcare industry.  Both Green Belt (LEAN concepts, tools and applications) and Black Belt (advanced methods and applications) level programs are offered in both online and classroom setting formats.  Additionally, students can apply for graduate level credit and receive credit upon successfully completing the Green Belt (4 credits) or Black Belt (8 credits) program. Green Belt Online classes are currently ongoing - sign up any time! Black Belt Online option to start in mid June.  Check back for updates.

LEAN for Your Organization:

One person cannot quickly transform an entire organization.  In addition to providing individualized LEAN training, Daniels can also create a specialized program for your organization through their Custom Corporate Programs.  A custom corporate program will integrate the LEAN methodologies with a corporate implementation plan that helps your organization develop the culture, leadership, and execution competencies to make it a success and maximize the programs return on its investment.
