A young, energetic population.
And lots to keep it busy.

The Daniels learning experience promotes your lifelong personal and professional success. And Denver is the perfect place to get started.

The Metro Denver area’s population of 2.3 million has the second-largest number of college graduates per capita in the United States and a median age of just over 32. The cosmopolitan population reflects the global nature of business in the Denver community.

It is hard to ask for a better quality of life in Denver.

Craving culture?
As the largest city in the Rocky Mountains, and Colorado’s state capital, Denver bustles with cultural events, music festivals, museums and fine restaurants. Some of our many cultural attractions include:

The Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre (second largest performing arts complex in the country and home of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Colorado Opera)
The Denver Art Museum
The Museum of Natural History
The Denver Zoo
Downtown Aquarium
Six Flags Elitch Gardens amusement park

Right in our backyard is Denver’s city park system, the largest in the nation. For shopping, you only need to travel a mile from campus to find the upscale Cherry Creek Shopping Center, the Cherry Creek North shopping district, several cinema complexes, nightclubs and restaurants of every kind. Just twenty minutes to the south is another popular shopping venue, the Park Meadows Mall.

Urban and sophisticated, yet friendly and relaxed
For both U.S. and international students, Denver is a welcoming livable environment – and an alternative to overwhelming, intense urban locations. It’s a place where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings while you pursue your degree.

A great climate for learning
Denver has over 300 days of sunshine a year – more annual hours of sunshine than San Diego or Miami. Our semi-arid climate means that temperatures are comfortable most of the year. The Denver area averages just 18 days of an inch or more of snowfall accumulation. (Most of the white stuff stays up in the mountains, which accounts for our world-class skiing.)
